New Mexico Infrastructure Finance Conference

We are a proud sponsor of the 28th Annual New Mexico Infrastructure Finance Conference (NMIFC) taking place November 3 through 7, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. DBS&A Engineers Jennifer Hill, PE, and Nate Arnold, EI, will attend the conference and network at our exhibit booth. Attendees can learn about DBS&A’s engineering services and assistance with funding applications.

The NMIFC has participation from local governmental entities, legislators, federal agencies, special districts, school districts, tribes and pueblos, private organizations, and New Mexico businesses. The conference helps support the planning and funding of sustainable infrastructure projects throughout New Mexico. Speakers at the conference will offer insight about technical assistance and financing to help facilitate planning and implementation of much-needed capital projects throughout New Mexico.

As a New Mexico-based firm, DBS&A has worked for New Mexico communities, local governments, tribes, special districts, and agencies for more than 35 years to research, design, and execute scores of municipal and regional projects, many of which required aid in securing state and/or federal funding. Our technical staff has provided reports and documents to help clients with the preparation of funding requests, grant applications, and contract proposals to local, state, and federal agencies.
