Dr. Stephens Inducted to National Academy of Engineering
On October 6, 2019, DBS&A Founder and Principal Hydrologist, Daniel B. Stephens, PHD, PG, PHG, was inducted as a member of the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) at a ceremony in Washington, DC.
This remarkable professional distinction honors those who have made outstanding contributions to engineering research, practice, or education. This honor is in recognition of Dr. Stephens’ contributions in vadose zone hydrology, which have led to an improved understanding of the vadose zone and its role in replenishing and protecting our aquifers.
