Texas Rural Water Association RuralWaterConThe Texas Rural Water Association RuralWaterCon is taking place from March 26 to 28 in San Antonio, Texas. DBS&A’s Vice President Kevin Hopson, PG, and Staff Engineer Eve Liywalii, EIT, will be present at exhibit #823 to discuss how we help address the issues and challenges of managing and operating a water or wastewater utility.

RuralWaterCon is TRWA’s biggest event of the year, gathering rural water and wastewater professionals from throughout Texas together to share ideas and learn new things. The Texas Rural Water Association is a statewide educational and trade association that represents the full spectrum of the rural water community. TRWA is dedicated to helping water and wastewater systems provide efficient service and clean, safe drinking water to their customers.
