We are excited to announce that DBS&A has a new office location in Austin, Texas, at 12303 Technology Boulevard, Suite 930D Austin, Texas 78727.

Since 1999, our Austin-based staff has provided water resources and environmental services to federal, state, municipal, and private-sector clients. Vice President, Kevin Hopson, PG, leads the firm’s Texas Operations, and has been steadily growing DBS&A’s presence in Texas. Particular areas of environmental consulting expertise includes: studies of contaminant transport in soil and groundwater; numerical modeling; remediation of soil and groundwater; custom solutions for data management and mapping; technical support for environmental and water resource disputes; hydrogeologic investigations; water resources planning and development; and water rights.

The Austin staff supports the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) through statewide on-call contracts for site assessments, remedial investigations, removal actions, and site maintenance and monitoring at State-lead and EPA-lead Superfund sites, Brownfields sites, leaking petroleum storage tank sites and dry cleaners sites where contamination of soil or groundwater was a concern.

The Texas Water Development Board, Colorado River Municipal Water District, municipal clients and numerous groundwater conservation districts benefit from DBS&A hydrogeologic expertise through performing hydrogeologic investigations; water resources planning and development; water rights; studies of water quality; managed aquifer recharge and aquifer storage and recovery; numerical modeling of hydrologic processes; custom solutions for data management and mapping; and technical support for environmental and water resource disputes.
