Neil Blandford, P.G., Principal Hydrologist, will moderate a session on “Groundwater Use and Quality Issues in the Permian Basin – A Water Planner’s Nightmare, and he will present a case study on the “Nexus Between Saltwater Disposal and Groundwater Supply” on July 22nd. Also meet DBS&A Founder and Principal Hydrologist, Daniel B. Stephens, Ph.D., P.G.

Click here to learn more about the event topics, which will discuss:

  • Factoring in water availability to planning prediction for population growth and economic development
  • Using sound science for quantifying the resource potential and assessing future hydrologic conditions
  • Examining the feasibility of developing water supply engineering solutions and conjunctive use strategies
