Law Seminars International (LSI) presented a timely new conference on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) Litigation to discuss evolving regulations, forensic techniques, theories of liability and lines of defense, valuation, and case studies on December 9 and 10, 2019 in San Diego, California. The conference was attended by attorneys, consultants, agency officials, Tribal leaders, water system operators, and potentially responsible parties.
