Todd Seebaum is a corrective action project manager (CAPM) with expertise in remedial investigation, assessment, and site closure; remediation system installation and operation; remediation of soil and groundwater impacted by volatile organic compounds (VOCs), including methyl tertiary-butyl ether, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes, light nonaqueous-phase liquids (NAPL), and chlorinated solvents; project budget management; and reporting.
He has served as Project Manager for numerous Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) contracts that address environmental impacts from heavy metals, petroleum hydrocarbon compounds, chlorinated solvents, pesticides, and smelter wastes throughout the State of Texas, and ongoing assessment, monitoring, and remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon compounds at various leaking petroleum storage tank (LPST) sites. He is responsible for implementing corrective action plans for site cleanup of petroleum hydrocarbon compounds at various locations statewide.
