Thomas Golden, PE, is a Principal Engineer specializing in engineering design for water and wastewater projects; environmental investigations and remediation of soil and groundwater at hazardous waste sites; landfills and resource management facilities; field and laboratory soil analysis; and management of enterprise-wide geographic information systems (GIS). He has more than 25 years of experience in water and environmental engineering, and routinely works on all phases of projects, including planning, design, permitting, construction, and operation.
Mr. Golden has worked with a range of clients, including municipalities in Texas and New Mexico, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), New Mexico Environment Department (NMED), Republic Services, and a variety of private commercial and industrial clients, solid waste, and oil and gas clients.
