Mr. Jordan Kear, P.G., C.Hg., is a Senior Hydrogeologist with Daniel B. Stephens & Associates, Inc. He holds an M.S. in geological sciences from California State University, Northridge and a B.S. in geological sciences from the University of California Santa Barbara.
Mr. Kear has provided expert technical support to counsel, declarations, and testimony on a wide range of hydrogeologic topics. These have included water well location, design, development, rehabilitation and maintenance; fate and transport of MTBE in the vadose zone and groundwater; evaluation quarry blasting effects on aquifers and water wells; migration of 1,2-DCA, PCE, and TCE in groundwater; groundwater supply assessments; and the effects of well condition on the production of water containing natural and anthropogenically derived contaminants. |
