DBS&A has extensive experience in the application of Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) regulations for remedial investigation (RI)/feasibility study (FS)/remedial design (RD)/remedial action (RA) as well as the Resource Compensation and Recovery Act (RCRA). DBS&A has been working on CERCLA and RCRA sites for more than 20 years, serving private parties and local municipalities in addition to state and federal agencies. DBS&A staff have performed all aspects of permitting associated with solid waste, hazardous waste and mixed waste landfills, from the initial siting, through operational and closure permitting. DBS&A is also well-versed in performing the inventories and reporting needed to comply with Title V requirements.
